History

Paul Kepler was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He discovered a love for springboard diving at an early age which lead to competing on a national level in the US at the Junior Olympics.  He then went on to become a High School Diving and Parks & Rec Diving coach developing young successful divers. The experience gained from his years as an athlete became essential in his future success as an entrepreneur.

Ultimately, Paul decided to leave diving behind and work in the healthcare industry. It was during this career venture where he learned all aspects of running a successful healthcare practice and developed a comprehensive understanding of the medical industry. Taking the newfound knowledge and extensive experience he achieved, Paul completed his undergrad in Public Administration with a focus on Health and Human Services Administration with the intent of eventually running a hospital. In 2001, he moved to Minneapolis, MN to work for Medtronic where he learned all aspects of the medical device leader’s market dominance.  In addition to achieving progressively more responsibility during his tenure he also earned his MBA.  In 2017 he moved to Pleasanton, CA to pursue new career opportunities where he currently resides and runs his own insurance practice. Aside from the business, his passions still include springboard diving, as well as golf, wine tasting, international travel, networking and continuing education.

Paul enjoys traveling the US as he has clients all over the country. His natural ability to develop new partnerships is apparent in his ever-expanding network. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of his business, Paul has also traveled to third world countries for charitable causes.  He enjoys giving back to the community he lives through such efforts as monetary donations to the Rotary, Kiwanis and American Red Cross. He also gives back through time commitments such as serving as a Parks Commission Vice Chair, Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, San Ramon Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Sleep in Heavenly Peace Co-Chair, Programming Committee Member for Sunflower Hill, food packing events and reading to local school children in their classrooms. 

Paul’s plan for the future include, traveling internationally, growing his business, continuing to give back to the Tri-Valley community and donate $1,000,000 to charity by the time he retires.  His goal as an entrepreneur, friend, and father is to, “Inspire people to be the best version of themselves, achieve audacious goals and lead the fullest life I can.”

Why

Paul’s father passed away unexpectedly in 1994 and left his mom with a great deal of debt. Unfortunately, his dad didn't have a life insurance policy to help her financially. She struggles to this day to make ends meet with a situation that was completely avoidable. Losing a loved one is traumatic enough; Paul wants to help people avoid the same painful struggles his mother went through.
